Previous     January 19, 2009     Next Snow Day - Part 2   Living in the country means that snow days aren't just for play. After we got in our snowball making, sledding and skating around on the ice it was time to do some work. A nice day with sunshine means it's time to bring in some wood from the woodshed while it's not sleeting out. Sammy carried wood in her little blue toboggan, Mommy carried wood in the wheelbarrow, and Grey Kitty supervised the job from the roof of the woodshed.   It was all worth it though. While Sammy did some last minute playing in the snow, Mommy snuck in and made some hot chocolate to warm up my little helper.   Owen, of course, just enjoyed being two and not having to do any work.
