A very busy day! First we started with a huge breakthrough for Owen (and Mommy!).
He was able to sit up in a grocery cart for the first time. This is awesome
because it means that Mommy doesn't have to push a cart and a stroller at
the same time. He has since repeated this feat - so I think we're done
with the stroller at the grocery market forever! He did so well that I bought
one of those cart covers with all the toys on it halfway through our trip.

Next up Sammy poses with the birdhouse that she and Mommy made. It was
a little kit that she got for Christmas that took us until now to
get it built and to put all of the coats of varnish on. The birds love
it!

|
And now for the real fun. Sammy and Daddy discovered a vine hanging from
a tree. Virginia Creeper goes everywhere here, and the vines can get
quite thick - even thick enough to do a Tarzan impression on! So after
Daddy giving it a swing to make sure it would hold (I didn't get a picture
of that) Sammy gave it a go and fell in love. She has begged to go back time
and again.

Spring is coming, the tulips and daffodils have started to come up!
