Finally there was snow. After all of the near misses that we have had
all winter long, we finally got a really good snow storm. It took
two days to get a final total of 8.5 inches of the fluffy white stuff.
And Sammy was heard to say, "This is the happiest day of my life!"

It was still snowing out, but Sammy was bound and determined to get that
sled down that hill. So we bundled up both kids and headed out. Owen
took his first ever sled ride. He seemed to like it, and he liked catching
the snowflakes on his tongue, but he didn't like the cold so he only stayed
out for a few minutes.

After everyone got back inside and warmed up, Owen got silly in his walker.
