The Pond Project - Construction We started out with a liner laying on the ground.   Next came the wall built from landscaping timbers which was originally propped up with other timbers, but eventually was made strong enough to stand on its own.   The final three pictures are taken as winter has taken over and construction has ceased for the season.   August 22, 2003   September 29, 2003   October 18, 2003   January 7, 2004 - The Ice Begins   January 24, 2004 - Pretty isn't it?   January 27, 2004 - Winter wins!
