Previous     September 12, 2004    Next Hello Monticello We were originally supposed to go to Monticello with the Nicotina's on their way back home but, due to the rather extraordinarily good time we had the night before they left, we felt that a four hour round-trip drive was beyond our capabilities at that time.   It just so happens, however, that Monticello is at exactly the halfway point between our house and Virginia Beach.  It made a really nice stop for some lunch and we stretched our legs out on the tour of Jefferson's house.  The garden's were quite impressive and they serve really good hot dogs at the snack stand.
