Previous     April 16, 2005 - The Kite Festival     Next Mommy and Sammy went to check out this year's kite festival.  This thing draws a huge crowd every year.  By the time we left there was probably a twenty minute wait just to drive into the park and start looking for a parking space.  We got there early though and missed the traffic.   We enjoyed watching the kites and eating a hot dog.  They gave out free T-Shirts to the first 1,000 kids.  Sammy will be wearing hers as a dress for a few years.
