A beautiful sunrise inspired Owen to curl up with a good book.

We haven't had any rain for weeks, and it has been over 90 every day. This picture of
our pond was actually taken after it rained a bit, so it is not at the lowest point that
it reached. The little blue kiddee pool was put out for the deer to drink out of because they
couldn't reach the pond water anymore. If it hadn't started raining again, we were going to
have to put the fish in the kiddee pool because the water was getting too shallow.
